I still remember opening that letter. A DAAD scholarship to study in Berlin. I had to read it three times to believe it was real. Me? Berlin? That moment taught me that taking a leap, even when you think you're not ready, can reshape your entire trajectory.

My background isn't typical. I started in Economics in Chiang Mai, learning about market systems, incentives, and why people make the decisions they do. Moved across the continent, Berlin was cold (way colder than Thailand prepared me for), but it's where I discovered that economics wasn't just about markets, it was about understanding what makes people tick. That's when technology clicked for me.

I saw how digital tools could transform entire industries. Not theoretically, but actually. Scientists using voice AI in labs. People tracking their health through wearables. When I joined Thryve as employee #7, I barely knew what an API was. But I knew how to listen. How to ask "why" five times until you get to the real problem. I helped drive us from a few thousand to 1 million users and from €0 to €1M ARR.

Here's what I've learned across EY, Thryve, LabTwin, and Labforward: great products aren't about the technology stack. They're about the human on the other side of the screen. The scientist who just wants to log their experiment without fumbling. The healthcare analyst from insurance corp who needs reliable data without the headache. The end user who wants their health information to actually help them.

I care deeply about leading cross-functional teams with collaboration and clarity, delivering things that make users smile. Whether it's streamlining a lab workflow or building health data infrastructure, I focus on bridging technical complexity with human needs.

Product management is a lot like cooking. You can follow a recipe perfectly, but if you don't understand why each ingredient matters, you miss the magic. You need to taste as you go. Adjust. Iterate. Both require attention to detail, patience, and a deep desire to create something delightful for others. And both, when done right, bring genuine joy.

That DAAD scholarship didn't just take me from Thailand to Germany. It taught me that the most interesting problems live at intersections, between economics and technology, between data and intuition, and between what's technically possible and what's actually meaningful. That's where I build. That's where I belong.
